Hi guys.
Now here is the thing. I was workin out real hard, but now i am starting again. The thing is I am not touching a weight (well, 1-2 times) for like 4-5 months. So, I will start light as I can, and get to my old thing.
My question is the supplement thing. I bought too much stuff, and I am trying to search the ultimate usage of 'em all. I want to get your opinion as well as I get bb magazines.

Animal Pak
Universal CellPro
Weider Whey Protein
Universal CarniTech
Universal GH Max
These are my supplements. Now my question is, since for a long time I am just laying down, with which supplements I should start, and how should I use them..
And the second is, from 2th month, how should I use them..
