im just wondering whether to buy Maximuscle's cyclone.
ive never used supplements before and my goals are to gain muscle mass and strength without putting weight on.
ive read that this products has it all. but need aditional advice.
can anyone tell me whether to buy this product or any other product you recommend.

Its whey, creatine and glutamine mix. Nothing special about it all. Just buy each component in bulk and save $$$.

but i wanted something that would be all in one so i didnt have the hassle.
but if its cheaper and better to buy other products, what other products do you recommend?

Adding a scoop of this and a scoops of that is hassle? uh...ok...

Bulk products. Buy creatine, glutamine and whey separately, add up the total servings/ divide by the total price then compare. Its MUCH MUCH less.

A British company called Reflex nutrition make what they call "One Stop" it has pretty much everything you need. I swear by reflex its by far the best product I use. I personally buy Reflex Whey, Glutamine and Creatine seperatly. I rotate between creatine and glutamine.
