i have had the best results with EE because monohydrate put so much water weight and just fattened me up..EE put on about half the weight but it was more good quality muscle

Creatine has nothing to do with fat at all.

Both work by the exact same mechanism.

Some say EE causes less bloat and it could be the case but it also could be that its less effective therefore less bloating.

i have 2 tubs of monohydrate to finish and im hoping to god that the bloating isnt so bad. i know last time i took creatine, my face looked like a hot air baloon

Mono and ester work through the same pathway because they're essentially the same. The ester is a smaller molecule creatine allowing it much easier and faster access into cells. This is also the reason their is no loading phase required for esterfied creatine. Generally with mono you're required to load it for a week at a dose of around 20 grams a day. Another pro with ester is that it causes significantly less water retention. The downside though is that ester usually runs 2 to 3 times as much as mono.

ester baby nice and lean i love it and can def tell the results, i thikn both work the same for me but i choose cee if i treat myself and mono if i dont got alot of cash :)

I prefer GLuconate or Malate, myself, but Mono works fine.

I have EE if on I'm having it by itself but MONO to mix with my whey protein - simply because it tastes so much better.
