ahh,, let's just say MUSCLETECH or anything ending in TECH is crap/ garbage and over-priced.. And everyone in here will say the same thing.. But hey,, its your money, just our opinion of it. Take it for what is worth..

i cant resist not posting in muscletech threads..it drives me insane..but i love answering the questions on how shitty they really are. if your looking for working supplements at a reasonable price use optimum nutrition for your protein..and get some sizeon by gaspari for your creatine...both of those work great..muscletech products will only give you the runs and you will regret buying it all together. hope this helps
