Im going to take a quick pole here, What do you prefer more, monohydrate or esterfied creatine?

I prefer mono now. There was a time when I did like CEE but after seeing some of the reports about purity and also creatinine production I'm sticking to mono.

I will try and use a combo product (no/cEE) as well.

I think the bottom line is both work but one has more positive feedback both on the user level and at the clinical level.

well im using a n.o. for before workout and 100% pure creatine monohydrate with grape juice after my workouts. and then protein powder. so i was wondering if it was ok

i used cee before, bsn's cell mass. I find it to be the same as monohydrate just less bloating. but yes cee works great. I like this stack it is really good to me i take it with the animal ppak multivitamin. Its great. ok thanks all i just wasnt sure wether mono would make me bloat way to much or not, im only 16 i mean i want some definition on me not just a piece of bloated stuff. lol but if you know how to minimize bloating just le me know. thanks all
