what should i do?

So i just bought the following supplements

AST Multi Pro 32x Capsules
Distilled Omega 3 softgels
Dymatize Xpand
Optimum Whey Protein

I have a required workout in the morning at school, its at least 35 minutes of lifting, i have it every single day, the class is focused on 4 core lifts squats, bench, cleans and incline, right now he has us doing 3x3 on all core lifts, i try and do a much more intense and focused workouts after school where i do more exercises im wondering when i should take my supplements if i should devide among two workouts or if i should save them for my second work out when i realy work at it and do more exercises or if i could somehow maximize my morning workout to benafit me.

If I were you, and this is just my opinion, I would focus more on the second workout. Sounds like with the limited time frame you have in the morning and the fact that you are only doing 3X3 you are working intensly enough to need supps. Put your focus and energy into the second workout.... just my 2 cents.

You lost me, so when should i take my sups? should i take them with my second workout?
