I have a required workout in the morning at school, its at least 35 minutes of lifting, i have it every single day, the class is focused on 4 core lifts squats, bench, cleans and incline, right now he has us doing 3x3 on all core lifts, i try and do a much more intense and focused workouts after school where i do more exercises im wondering when i should take my supplements if i should devide among two workouts or if i should save them for my second work out when i realy work at it and do more exercises or if i could somehow maximize my morning workout to benafit me.
