What's up family? I am looking for supplements that loer cholsterol. I was on a Superdrol/Phera-plex stack and not my doctors got me on stroke watch. That **** ain't no joke though I must say. But now I need to find some thing to help lower my cholesterol. My doc has me taking Niacin. His nurse recommended Red Yeast Rice, but is there anything else?

Diet and exercise. Cut down on saturated and transfatty acids, increase your fiber intake and incorporate some cardio and it will come down. If you don't have a genetic predisposition then this in combination with the supplements above will definetly do the trick but diet and exercise (cardio) are the most important.

We offer a product called Cycle Support that works very well. It comes in powder form and is best used along with a whey shake. Here are the details...

Red Yeast Rice 1200 mg
Silymarin (milk thistle extract) 1000 mg
NAC 1200 mg
Hawthorn Berry 1000 mg
Saw Palmetto 300 mg
Policosonol 20 mg
Celery Seed Extract 150 mg
Nettle Root 250 mg
Idebenone 100 mg

These doages are based off of two scoop servings. All you need to do is take one scoop in the AM, and another in the PM.

If you click on my banner you'll see what retailers we use.

If you have any questions feel free to let me know.

I should also mention that cycle support or any other supporting supp should be taken before, during, and post cycle to avoid any potential complications.
