I just bought a bunch of posters from them with the same pictures and words in them. They are very inspirational. And Animalpak sells a whole bunch of things from, but not restricted to multivitamins that are way overkill from what I've heard, joint cares, and I believe they also sell a NO like supplement, for a great pump, and much other stuff too. I don't hear of many people using their stuff though for some reason. I'm sure someone else can give you more info on them.

I like the ads, they can get up their own ass too much sometimes, but its a good read to put you in the mood for heavy metal.

pf PFFT! Why do you have to be such a drama queen about dieting?

Last year when I was 3 months at "oat meal only carb intake" diet, I got my inspiration from ronnie coleman when I watched his "unbeliveble" training dvd, he didn't have any problems or poetry about being alone or... siting in the dark, LOL! Or anything. It was all good to watch, gave me a positive feeling. Ronnie has me with few pounds of muscle so I can't eat frenchies or use barbaque sause with chicken so I had to be more carefull with the dieting. But the postivie attitude with ronnie.

Getting up at 04.00 ? That's crazy, Ronnie coleman woke up at... was it 07.00 and did his cardio later on. And he did a full time job too as a cop. You'd think you would have **** load of stress by this time, staying as mr.olympia and dieting and, uh, doing a full time job... as a COP!
But no, Ronnie had a very good and positive attitude towards his life style.
