i am thinking of getting rid of the gycer grow to much pain to work with

switch green mag to plain old 100% creatine monohydrate its cheap and works the same as any other, take it with grape juice for the sugar to hlep it get in your system. whey is good for after workouts no idea what gycer grow is but also take some multivitamins, i use animal pak but there are cheaper ones out there. and just eat right and lift your ass off. ok man best of luck to ya

green mag is better that creatine mono i always get bloated when i take mono i take a multi just didn't put it on there

nothing is necesarily better it just works better for you, i have personally never tried green mag but i will look into it man but yea food is good and those supps are good too multi creatine and whye with your bcaa's and maybe some ZMa before you go to bed its ceheap.

Multi-vitamin
