hey all i got 100% whey protein with bcaas in it and pure 100% creatine monohydrate and n.o. before workout and animal pack mulitvitamins. I dont need to ehar if iw asted my money all this was cheap but i do want to know if this and good food is good for muscle building. Will i bloat too much with the mono and if so how do i minimize it, and i take the creatine with grape juice, ok all tell me what you think, im a beginner

follow the directions and get your skinny butt in the gym and start liftin some big weights..you got the ammo so you better start shootin at the targets..squats ..dead lifts..dips..overhead press..bench press..pullups..and 100 crunchs every day...lol

to me u need to e training for about 6 months to a year before even thinking of supps besides the whey
