Hey everyone,
I was wondering, I will stack up Green Bulge with White Blood. Now, I will be taking Optimum Nutritions 100% Whey Protein with two scoops twice a day. I was wondering if it's worth buying Purple Wrath that is a big source of BCAA or to simply buy Optimum Nutrition's BCAA which has a less amount of BCAA. Cause of the amount of BCAA from the shake I don't know if it's worth buying a BCAA supplement. What are your opinions?

why are you spending all of that money? Just get the Now brand of bcaa's or similar, some gatorade or crystal light whatever and mix it in? Also cytosport is a great protien. they have a better amount of bcaa's and EAA's then alot of other stuff...imo
