I am only at 15 years of age at the moment but once i turn 16, which is in one full year, i would like to have a regular protien intake. Mainly because the current "natural" protien intake i am aquiring at the moment isn't making up for my growth. So if one of you guys could help me out and give me the 'name' of a decent protien shake, powder etc, that would be awesome. Oh yeah and also could any of you guys also tell me wen to use it because i lack a little knowladge there aswell.

Thanks!

You need protein from other sources than just shakes. Chicken and lean red meats are a valid source. Shakes are just there to fill in the cracks as a "meal" in between bigger meals. Try ON 100% whey. Its the most popular and has the reputation of being the best out there.

You should get most of your nutrients from food. Protein powders and creatine make good additions to a diet.
