What do you guys think about Animal Pak and Animal Nitro? I train for endurance and strength. When i cut i use Animal Cuts, any good ideas on a solid supplement foundation and/or cutting supplement product or stack? Thank for your time and knowledge.

Say NO to Animal Pak and Muscletech. Spend money on food or invest it.

Rick there has been several fairly long threads on Animal Pak.

Vitamins are best obtained from food. Period. A general multi-vitamin is fine no need to spend that much money on a product that will not have a profound influence if any on your progress. Your money can be better spent.

Make sure you have a good diet and training regimen or the best supplements will not help you reach your goals. Remember to drink plenty of water.

Top supplements imo:

Whey protein
Creatine monohydrate
EFA Oil
BCAAs
multi-vitamin

So basically stick to eating right and tranning hard and i will be ok. Diet is the one area i feel lacking in, i have not dailed in a truly comprehensive diet. And i feel that, especially in this day and age of countless ads, that i almost HAVE to be on some sort of stak or supplement regimen, to make real gains. I feel if i am not on some sort of supplementation that i am not doing all i can to reach my goals. Thanks for your insight.

The Freak is right, as long as you have a proper diet you should be making gains, the only supplements I take are
-Whey Protein
-Creatine
-Multivitamin
-Omega-3-6-9
-CLA
-BCAA's
-Devils Claw/Glucosamine

seems to be working for me.

Hey dude, Universal animal products rock dude. If you want keep using them then do it by all means. Personally I like Animal Cuts, Animal stak 2, and Animal pump. I've tried Animal M-Stak, Animal Nitro, and animal pak. They all work good, pick and choose which works for you the best.
