Is it alright to take my BCAA, Glutamine, NO2, CE2, general vitamin, and protein all at the same time before I lift? It just seems like a lot of supplements to take all at once. After my workout I then follow those up with my glutamine and more protein. What do you think? I haven't experienced any sort of side effect. I wait at least a half an hour before hitting the gym after my intake of all the supplemets and try to get home to take the glutamine and protein as fast as I can after I lift. Just curious if the intake, all at once, isn't the best way to go and/or if theres a better way of doing it? Supplements look alright? Thanks

Yes its ok but you have to find out how much your body can handle at a given time. Oral glutamine IMO is worthless anyway since the majority is destroyed in the gut but they won't quote that study with their claims.
