i read that guggulsterones e & z have an effect on thyroid hormone production, and consequently makes your metabolism faster. has anyone tried them?what are the side effects etc? before anyone tells me im too young, it isn't for me, its for my dad cuz he has an underactive thyroid and nothing seems to be working for him.

that you should take bull semen. Anyway, I've seen e&z guggulsterones used in an increasing number of otc supps, but never read any concrete research articles on it, just the advertising b.s., so I'm curious too

how is it not clear that Arnie was Austrian? He is now a naturalized US citizen, but grew up in Austria. His dad was a cop, he paid Jewish groups to research him, so he could prove that his dad was a member of the NAzi party only so he could be a cop, etc . It's in the papers all the time in the US about how he can't run for prez since he wasn't born there, how ironic it is that he's an immigrant tightening up immigration, etc

rkl thinks that arnie is american because he lives in the states.just because someone lives in a country, doesn't mean that is their homeland.try walking around englands cities and tell me that the asians (speaking their own language) are english!
