Would animal m-pak be ok for a 16 year old thats almost 17 thats lifts alot and is into bodybuilding?

waste of money stick with simple vitamins like multivitamin, c, d etc...

no,just eat regular food including vegatables and fruit with lots of meat..no gimmick will make you big..give it time bro you will be getting bigger all the time..

go to the grocery store and get a generic bottle of multivitamins, leave the pharmacy area, spend all the extra money animal-pak would have cost you on food
