Hey guys im 15 years old.
I work out everyday.
And i Drink GNC Mega Mass Weight Gain once a day.
But i am gana start drinking it Twice or even Three times a day.
Is there any other thing that would be relly good for me to take to get big?
Now you may think (Oh hes to young to use this and that)
Well:
I've been working in contsruction since i was 13 years old.
And i have joined the gym since i was 13 even though you gata be 18.
Thats how mature i am =)
So yeah any Snack Bars .. Pill and ect i should take to get Big and Fast ?
I have a GNC store near my house and money is not a problem so please help.

Also what are the top 5 Most Importent foods i should eat to gain weight?

real food is superior to shakes...and GNC is more expensive than most places, there are better options.

Creatine, protein powder, and a good multi-vitamin are all I'd reccomend right now.

A solid diet, good rest and working out intelligently will get you there in time...remember that it takes time.

Like minstar said - creatine, protein powder, and a multivitamin - no need for anything else.
Eggs are cheap, healthy and very portable when hard boiled. Any kind of meat, cans of tuna are very portable - great for construction sites, just pack a can opener with you. Oatmeal for breakfast, veggies, milk whenever.

Pills and shit will just mess up system at this age, and any gains will mask the flaws in your program, making you smaller in the long run, since won't learn what works best for your particular body.

Any reason why you're 15 but your profile says 21?

Ahh another kid wanting to get big. I've had so many kids ask me advice on how to get big. Man it takes a fuck load of groceries, decent genetics, many hours of training, and the most important thing of all, TIME!! Have some patience, cause it'll take years of training to develop an ideal physique. Oh and if ya need advice on supps, just take some whey protien, vitamins, and maybe some creatine. What the 25 year old girl working the till at GNC tells you about Big-mass-xtreme-instant-25lbs-of-ripped-muscle and how it is so awesome and necessary to take, fuck it. Talk to the boys on bbdungeon.com before buying any of that shit.

i agree with this as well...i've grown more recently on a 3x a week full body split than I ever did on a 5x split.

I could never go down to three days personally. I don't have the endurance to get through my routine if I shorten my workouts down, then I feel underworked. But thats just me.

Tell us what your diet is and we can help you a little more. That is the key to getting big. Supplements are great, but if your diet is crap it won't matter.

Post your average day of eating and we can tell you what you're doing right and wrong.

Biggest advice I can give you with my experiance is that once you mature (physically and mentally) Your gains will grow too. I got into college and after I turn 18 my body explode with gains from proper diet and exercise. Biggest key is being consistent in getting to the gym and working out. Too many people slack when they want to.

I ushally eat:
Chicken and noodle soup
Oatmeal soup
Peanut butter bread
Chicken , Rice , Salad.
I eat ALOT i eat like 5 dinners a day lol but all with healthy food.
And ofcourse 'Sometimes' Mcdonalds and ect..

I'm trying to come up with a workout schedule.
Right now everyday i have no plan i just go workout, think about what im gana work out and i do it , and i have no serten rest days i just rest the days i feel relly tired. ( and thats probly once a week i rest maby 2 )

I'm starting to drink that shake 3 times a day.
And im starting to dink ALOT of milk.

I read the forums seeing how much reps of this you should do and ect .. and they would be so helpfull to me but the thing is i dunno what the names of the workouts are , like deadlifts .. i dunno what it is.
( Any place were i can see how the workout is done and the name of it ? )

Anyways BRB gana eat then workout then drink shake and come back to see reply peace.

exercise descriptions.
you need a plan when you workout and a solid diet. read, read, read...and then read some more. education is the key.

keep it simple protein powder and a multivitamin is all the supplements u need for now add more like a year down the road when ur gains slow down etc, and also u want to add products one at a time so that u can see how u react to each
