does anyone drink raw eggs in the morning or before going to sleep what are the benefits?

The only benefit that they really have is that you can drink them right down. It's not as good as cooked egg whites however, cooking makes protein more available to your body. There is also the chance for getting sick from raw eggs.

cartons of egg whites are pasteurized, so its available to your body for absorption, actual raw eggs not only carry a salmonella risk, but don't have as much protein available until they are cooked.
