I just got back into lifting after 3 years of no weights at all. I used to lift without any supplements. I am looking to pack on some weight and I am lifting 6 days a week doing muscle groups twice a week.

Any advice on a good supplement program to start with?

protein and multi-vitamins are always a good idea, personally i would lift for awhile and wait untill i hit a standstill with some of my wieghts before going to creatine or anything like that

i am 5'5" and used to wiegh 165 lbs with low body fat. i am now down to 140 lbs on average. i would at least like to put back on 20 or 25 then go from their as far as more size.

i was thinking of wieght gainer and animal pak once i start the supplements.

thanks for the advice.

Imo weight gainers and animal pak are both a waste of money. I would buy more food.

thanks for the info, i will check into those 2 items. i will also avoid the purchase on the weight gainer and animal pak. For now, im doubling up on meals (2 breakfast, medium lunch, double servings at dinner). I am also drinking at least a half gallon of water per day.

i picked up some amino acids (twin labs, liquid form). im gonna try that for now and see how it works.
