I'm going to GNC sometime this week to get some protein anybody have any input on what i should get?

how good is the Musashi brand of protien? it's one of the few available around where i live n curious to know if its good or not.

One of my buddies uses that brand and he hasn't complained. I haven't used it myself. How much do they price it? I rarely see that brand around where I live.

American Whey ..comes in a 10lb bucket ...get some vanilla ..definetly the best kinda protein i have ever had (effects such as gas and stuff arent really there, while the taste is pretty decent compared to others) .. i think its like 80 bucks or somthin but my buddy works there so i get all sorts of discounts an walk out paying about 30 - 40 dollars for a 10lb bucket of protein ..nothing wrong with that .... my suggestion to you is to go online and try an find protein there... GNC marks their sh*t way up so its pointless to pay that extra unless you dont have a credit card ... an if you have a vitamin world around you- they usually will match prices so you print off an online add and show them they will sell it to you for that price ... duno if you do but atleast around here its what they do .. best of luck my man an just know the more/longer you take it the less the side effects of adding extra protein to your diet will be (ex gas, upset stomach for some people, and GAS GAS GAS ..smelly gas lol)
