I am beta testing Blue Rhino from Controlled Labs. I got it from the guy on BB.com , but for whatever reason I have had a "server down" message for about a week now, so I will do it here.
I will post the exact ingredients later, but basically it is some trib, and a few of the other basic natural test boosters + caffiene.
I have used it 3 times so far and had great workouts each time. Best in a while as a matter of fact. I just finished a PCT from SD and am going to be trying to shed a little fat. I am 198 About 18% bf. down from 200 lbs a week ago. That is the rate I would like to keep it at.
I eat about 3000 Cals daily. Do about 20-25 total minutes of 125bpm "cardio" before and after working out 3-5 days a week. Finals are coming up so my schedule has been a bit sporadic.
Will update as much as possible. Is it just me or is BB.com been down a lot??? Feel bad b/c I have some freee shizzle but haven't been able to hold up my end of the bargain over there. oh well.

So I have been away from the gym because of school the last week or so. But I am still trying to lose some fat and maintain as much muscle mass as possible.
Had another great workout today with Blue Rhino taken about 45 minutes prior. REally helped to keep me motivated till the very last set. Did back with a little 10 minute warmup cardio before hand.
I just ate and had a big glass of water, weight is at 197 lbs.
I am also taking Extend.

Will be back on it soon enough though. Need another couple days till I feel normal. Lost 4#'s unfortunately not all fat....
