I actually have been taking creatine mono for two months now. I started taking it right when I started lifting so to tell what gains are from it is difficult. I haven't tried
muscle milk, but just this past week now I've upped my diet so hopefully I'll throw on some more pounds that are mostly muscle. But like everything, I'm expecting it to take time.
As for the acne, how long did it take for it to clear up once you stopped taking the DHEA? Also, I was planning on taking 25mg in the morning and at night. I wonder if the acne effect would be as dramatic. Thanx for the info.
