For the past 3 months I've used NO-Explode (2 scoops 15 mins b4 workout) and CELL Mass (right after workout and also on waking in morning) in conjunction with
Nitrix tablets ( 3 Tablets 3 times a day before eating). I've found that they've helped heaps. The
NO Explode seems to be like your energy drinks you generally find in the little cans. Do check your tolerance tho. 1 scoop may be all you can handle. I've found that at 2 scoops it gives me a bit of a heart rate increase (maybe slight palpatations just from caffiene), but I just go with it and get right into my workout and I've found it's cranked up my intensity. If you are gaining make sure you're eating lots and gettin in a few protein shakes (especially one with your Cell mass right after workout).
I just cracked 100 kilos on friday (started at 72 kilos 2 years ago). The last 8 kilos have been gained while on the BSN mass stack. So I'd say the guy recommending the NO Explode is right but you should be gettin the NITRIX as well.
