hey

I just started using BSN cell mass ester creatine, the person at gnc said it would help my workout more if I used the no-explode before it and the creatine after it. Is this true, and any tips if so? Also for the ester creatine, do i need to drink alot of water/fluids like the monohydrate creatine? thanks for your help and support guys.

For the past 3 months I've used NO-Explode (2 scoops 15 mins b4 workout) and CELL Mass (right after workout and also on waking in morning) in conjunction with Nitrix tablets ( 3 Tablets 3 times a day before eating). I've found that they've helped heaps. The NO Explode seems to be like your energy drinks you generally find in the little cans. Do check your tolerance tho. 1 scoop may be all you can handle. I've found that at 2 scoops it gives me a bit of a heart rate increase (maybe slight palpatations just from caffiene), but I just go with it and get right into my workout and I've found it's cranked up my intensity. If you are gaining make sure you're eating lots and gettin in a few protein shakes (especially one with your Cell mass right after workout).
I just cracked 100 kilos on friday (started at 72 kilos 2 years ago). The last 8 kilos have been gained while on the BSN mass stack. So I'd say the guy recommending the NO Explode is right but you should be gettin the NITRIX as well.

O sorry, and as for the water part. You should be drinking lots of water over any day regardless of creatine or no creatine. I have found that I get a lil parched sometimes using the cell mass as I have with using standard creatines in the past, but definitley drink lots of water. I'm drinking at least 3 litres a day. I live in Western Australia. It's fairly hot over here and I lay carpet so that takes a lot out of me (plus working out every week night).

BSN **** = expensive and not all as good as its hyped up to be. Stick with ON 100% gold standard whey, maybe some basic creatine monohydrate, vitamins, lots and lots of food, water, and intense training.

Irontooks I agree, but I've found cellmass works wonders for me compared with regular creatine which, while it got the job done, made me a bloated piece of **** and made my cutting phase that much harder. Cellmass, and CEE products in general that don't require all those simple carbs for absorption just make things that much easier for me

Hah superpump does work but it's like almost 10$ more expensive than NO-xplode. I've givin up on NO products since I found that getting a good pump isn't worth emptying out my wallet. NO explode, xpand, superpump...its all the same and gives you a sick pump for a while, but you need like 2 or 3 scoops after a while and you only get like 40 scoops per ****in tub. I'll stick with a cup of coffee before a workout for that caffeine rush.
