I started taking this EAA + Ergogenics formula by Controlled Labs around a week ago and I have to say that the pumps I get are Phenominal!I mix 2 scoops of PW and 4 scoops of Scivation's Xtend and have gotten excellent results!I highly recommend this stuff one of the best supplements I've ever taken 2nd only to Prohormones.Out of 10 stars I rate PW a 9.5 not a 10 because that grape flavor could be a notch better.
