what are the differences between Protein and Amino acid?

protein turns into amino acid when it comes in our body.i think there is not big difference in the results by getting amino acid supplements instead of whey protein

aminos are in protein, bcaa's are in whey a lot. Not really sure what you want to know about them but its like comparing fats to carbs almost.

Aminos make up proteins but some proteins are deficient in some amino acids
