Can I ask something? The "myth" about avoid taking milk post-workout is real? I am asking because milk has 80% casein and 20% whey.Tell me your opinion

just beacuse is best to take fast-digesting protein after the gym.i drink milk, too, but i wonder if it's better not to take casein (in this case, milk) post-workout.but OK if it's not any problem,i'll continue drinking it

Choc milk is often called the poor mans post workout drink. The added sugars will help protein absorption, though I'm not sure if I would drink (or milk) when cutting for a comp or anything.

Milk is fine man just add some chocolate whey after your workout. People think milk is slower acting than whey which it is but it is only a little slower (15 mins or so). The casein which is really slow is micellar casein which is not in milk but is in some casein protein powders.
