But .. it's necessary to have cheat meal when you cut up .. or just keep on the diet ? .. and will it effect my diet ?

also .. about the sweetner ( splenda - equal ) it's ok to add it with my oatmeal in the morning ( cutting phase ) ?

thanks

Splenda is really really bad for your body, it tastes great, but it's really bad.
As for having a cheat meal while cutting up, that's a good question because I know that the body needs some fat everyonce and a while to increase hormone output, my only advice to you is (and this is a guess) if you are on a cycle of testosteron or steroids, than you do not need a cheat meal, but if you are not taking drugs, than you will probably need something to increase your hormone output every once in a while, try a cheat meal once every five days, or seven days. Good Luck.

I dont cheat at all, i have a carb meal sometimes, if im really low, but thats just an extra cup of oatmeal or soemthing. i dont like the idea of cheat meals. the week before my diet starts i have some of whatever i crave for a diet, and i make it count cuz its the last itme i get some. the week before i started this one i had chinese food, pizza, and ice cream. now i wont get any of that till august.

I didn't say that you don't need any fat, I said "you shouldn't have cheat meals if you're on roids" you can still have good shit, like olive oil and pumpkin seeds in moderation, less than on a normal diet.

Keep it moderate, i dont reccomend a cheat meal, i reccomend a high carb up day like Gumby said, but the further you are in your cut, the less you should cheat. The purpose of a cheat meal is not just fat, so there should be no difference in why someone on AAS vs. natural would need to cheat, most cheats are high carb.

Spledna is fine in moderate amounts. Why is it bad for your body? Granted i dont see the need for it really, but theres nothing wrong with it.
