Tofu protein smoothie!

recipe 2 tofu smoothie!

get a pack of soft tofu
blended all together with any choice of your fruit!
strawberries, blueberries, banana, etc....

and a good squeeze of honey!!!

just another way 2 take down a healthy amount of protein fast as possible!!!

I never heard of not being able to digest soy protein but I will not use it due to it being estrogenic. Thats why all them vegetarian, soy slurpin, Starbucks hanginoutin, draft dodgin, PETA supportin, ACLU lovin tree huggers are such girly men.
