i have been working out for 10 months now getting very good results. it is very addicting once you see results you always want more i have been taking no-explode and cell mass since the beginning and have went from 158 to 186 which i am very happy with my brother has been pushing me very hard.
my questions is has anyone heard of cyto gain and would it be a good post workout shake i have been taking
muscle milk and been reading up on what you guys write about it so that will be my before bed shake instead of after workout.
i would really appreciate some comments i am at a stand still here i have not gained a pound since august thanks
