i was wondering if i could get some feedback on NO-Xplode, does it work? Should i take it along with a protein like i would creatine or something? Or just take it by itself.....and any advice on what supplements i should take for good gains. Amino acids? how and do they actually work? Anything that you guys tell me would be greatly appreciated.

no xplode will work but some say they only "feel it" the first time. personally i dont like it. ive had much better success with v12 or an ec stack.

5g creatine post-workout, 25g protein post, and atleast 5g of glutamine. now most of those are already mixed in with the better protein powders out there. amino acids are essentially the same as protein, which usually has more. Diet is the most important then supplements come 2nd.

Oh yea whey protein is awesome cause you just add water and you got a meal with nearly 30gms of protein instantly.
