ECA Stack

I am looking for some feedback from any of you that might be taking any ECA stack right now...I took The old ephedra based products and loved them until they were removed from the market a few years ago....I used them in conjunction with a good diet and excercise and lost quite abit of bodyfat......I have done some research and found I can get all the components ( Ephedra, Caffeine and Aspirin) myself and just take it all together. Does anyone have any feedback???

I prefer an ECY stack, with yohimbe instead of asprin. Making your own stack is the way to go affordability wise.

ive used them for a couple years so far. i drop the asprin seems like a waste to me. i just bought some old stacker 2's online.....everything that was banned is still around. you just gotta know where to find it.

what ratios would you all recommend? like how much ephedra, caffeine, and advil per dose?

no advil...advil is an anti-inflamatory and should not be taken except for pain.

I was doing 24mg Ephedrine, 200 mg caffeine, 1-2 times a day. I can't remember my yohimbe dosing... I found the real jitters were from the caffeine rather than the ephedrine.

thats what im sayin, why the hell would you use the asprin? never made sense to me. anyhow the dose I used was, 25-50mgEph, 200-400mg caff and maybe through in some green tea extract or yohimbine hcl.
