has anyone tried BSNs true mass its just come out in australia not long ago i cant seem to find anyone that has tried it ive tried mass tech i got really got results but bad thing is last like a week

I have tried it. Its just a weight gainer/protien nothing any different than anything else. Not very special imo, also very expensive.

Do not buy MuscleTech shit. It's a rip off, and has rarely any positive results. Stick with Gaspari or LaBrada, they're legit. Use some of the stuff like Alto-Labs and what-not from the product sections. They have some of the best stuff there.

Yeh true mass is waste of cash bro, buy Real Gains or new Syn tec one- Maximus. Both alot cheaper and do exact same shit.

True mass you can actualy find it cheap if you looke. There syntha 6 kicks muscle milks ass in taste. To me anyway.

I have to say though that real gains like Ben said is the best bang for the buck. Contains Casein not like other gainers like cytogainer.

yeah its a pretty good protein blend with the only problem is that it comes in 2lbs only but it taste great.
