Work in what way? I personally prefer sticking to whey pwo, and all amino acids I have seen are not worth their price.

I don't recommend supplements, but if you are to take it, yes it does work, I recommend it upon rising in the mornings, and not for a post workout meal, try a whey protein shake or a chocalate milk shake after lifting. Good luck.

For amino acids i reccomend powdered BCAA and glutamine, both of these are musts IMO, they are great before and after a workout.

In my opinion you better invest your money in l-glutamine as I think it gives better results - although its pretty expensive.

because the side effects of a proper post workout shake might cause enlargement of the arms, legs, chest, back...also known as hypertrophy.

Yes, but why not take some liquid aminos after the workout and then maybe 15 minutes later you take your normal post workout shake? :)

I think its a good ID.

I'm taking Amino pils (all amino's are in those) BCAA's and Glutamine (+ofcourse a good old whey shake=)
It works great for me and my homies ^^

Amino's are still the most important builders that your muscels need

Exactly. Aminos after the workout cannot be bad.

who said they were bad? A whey/simple carb shake is essential, aminos are also good to add, but whey has a great amino acid profile itself. the caps are a rip off, glutamine and bcaa powder are great.

:) you dont like tablets uh :)

they are handy cause I can easily take them in school
I always eat something before taking them so my body absorbs all (or most) amino's
and its quicker so i can spreat my intake over hole the day.

when I go to sleep my whey comes in :bananaroc
