You're a young pup Geeto. You should be talking with your parents because a professional needs to take a good look at you so you don't screw yourself up in the long run using drugs improperly.

St. John's wart is a nice OTC for helping control anxiety and mild depression/sleep issues. I suggest getting a proper diagnosis instead of self medication when it comes to those issues you mentioned.

Well, better learn quick to start talking about it. it's selfish of you because those who love you want to help. When depression gets bad and goes untreated then bad things happen. Remember that. You need to talk to someone ASAP. No ifs ands or buts. This doesn't mean medication is always the end result but you need someone who is a hell of a lot more educated on the matter than you or I are.

i dont wanna turn this into a self pity thread but Sarp, thats what i figured i'd let it do (the depression). i thought if i let it tear me appart and torment me enough that i'll hit rock bottom, then have no choice but to force myself to overcome it and be stronger than it, let it curse me then i "rebuild" and toughen up from it.
see i got it all figured out. i know i wont let it kill me.

Read books and **** on self-improvement. Take vitamins.
Even philosophy **** on itunes is good.
A good one I listened to:

"The Power of Intention" by Dr. Wayne Dyer

It's 6 hours long, but it changed my life.

Yeah, I thought the same way as geeto when I was younger. Then because I didnt get help it progressively got worse. For years I thought I was at rock bottom, then I think I did hit it. If untreated depression and anxiety can lead to a variety of other disorders including schizophrenia. It wasnt till I thought everybody was plotting against me, that I decided to get help ( Example: I was convinced that the tv show that was on was a big plot by my fiancee and others to drive me crazy into thinking what I was already thinking. ). Long story short and some interesting medications later, I am the most functional, happy, person I have ever been.

Geeto your on the right path, just keep it that way.
