My body is having a bad time with both of these supps.

If I take them together It gives me really bad gas (I mean really smelly!!).

If I take just Creatine it bloats me out big time.

I take 5g of Reflex L-Glut 3-4 times a day

I take 10g of Reflex Creapure in the morning on non train days and 20g before and after trainning on trainning days.

Should I take both together, or one or the other or alternate??

Also what manufactuer produces the best Glut or Creatine? Like I said I use a British compay called Reflex.

I found when I took creatine it just bloated me as well, I had to due more cardio just to get that damn water weight off. I just quit using it, and started eating more protien and carbs to gain muscle and strength

From what I have read you don't need to supp. glutamine because a quality protien should have a sufficent amount of glutamine in it. Could be wrong, this is just what I remember reading.
