i have a couple of questions:
1. how to define a good protien product since there is a lot in the market?
2. how to choose the wright one for your body?

Whey Protein ...cant go wrong ...10lb bucket for 96 dollars (which i paid 45 for because im THAT damn cool, ok so i know people at gnc lol)

but if you dont know people i suggest buyin it online ..hella cheap

i think that a good protein supplement is the one that has almost no fat (for example 1%),few carbohydrates and good protein amount per serving (for example 21-22g and above).be careful with your choice,because there are some "traps".example:eas 100% whey protein vs dymatize elite protein.100% whey has more fat,less protein per serving and is more expensive than elite,which has more protein per serving and less fat than 100% whey.i think it has less carbos,too.
