how would u recommend to take flaxseed oil? is it best to take the tbsp straight before/during/after a meal, or is it better mixed in with the meal?

I dont think it matters as long as you take it within the same time as you'r meal .

Instead of just flax oil take Udo's Essential Oils it has a combination of different oils in it which is much better.
