Yes and they were moderate. I would say if your diet and training was dialed in you would see the money better spent elsewhere.

Good solid foods. Those aren't cheap. Fat free, low /no sugar foods will cost ya a good bit. Once ya have that then adding a good quality whey and as Bobo said recently...

What jay said is pure truth. Mediocre product at best, and as jay said, spend your money on food (the right foods ).

From everything I've seen it looks like a better recomp supp and most people got decent results only when stacked. I did a couple weeks just to see how I would react and noticed next to nothing.
