its been 2 months since i restarted gym'in and after 2 months of natural building i decided to start my supplements again ...prior to my 3 month gap....i used to take just on's whey protien an nothing else ....i went bought that and also bought eas's phosphagen cuz i was gonna start creatine sooner or later so i thought id buy it now...some questions about this creatine :
1.)should i start whey protien and creatine at the same time or should i wait sometime before starting creatine ? ..
2.) i hear bad things happen to people who take creatine

like liver damage or something....is this true ? ...anyother side effects ? ...anyways i can prevent them from happening ....i know about the ' drink lots of water ' so ill do that :)
3.)i was planning on folllowing the instuctions on the package but i still wanna know how should i go around using this....on the box it says
5g 4 times a day for 5 days (loading period) & then 5-10g each day ...
should i follow that ?....any other way ya'll take your creatine
