got new supplements ..some questions

its been 2 months since i restarted gym'in and after 2 months of natural building i decided to start my supplements again ...prior to my 3 month gap....i used to take just on's whey protien an nothing else ....i went bought that and also bought eas's phosphagen cuz i was gonna start creatine sooner or later so i thought id buy it now...some questions about this creatine :

1.)should i start whey protien and creatine at the same time or should i wait sometime before starting creatine ? ..

2.) i hear bad things happen to people who take creatine like liver damage or something....is this true ? ...anyother side effects ? ...anyways i can prevent them from happening ....i know about the ' drink lots of water ' so ill do that :)

3.)i was planning on folllowing the instuctions on the package but i still wanna know how should i go around using this....on the box it says
5g 4 times a day for 5 days (loading period) & then 5-10g each day ...
should i follow that ?....any other way ya'll take your creatine

1) Yes you can start both at the same time.

2) Creatine has shown no known side effects it's pretty safe. But it is up to you if you want to take it. I know many people including me who have taken it and have shown nothing but holding a little water.

3) You should follow what the package says, it seems right. Also take it with grape juice (assuming the creatine is in powder form.) Gives you a good insulin spike. Also drink water alot of it to get the fullest effects of creatine.

Do yourself a favor, dont use regular creatine monohydrate...spend ther extra couple bucks and get the Krealkyln...less pills, no bloating, better absorption, and it works real well..

hmmm well i thought this phosphagen thing was ' non-regular' ...ppl said its better than jus creatine mono ...it some stuff mixed in i think....

noted the grape juice suggestion and will drink a lot of water heh :) ...
