The effects are very similar, just without the little extra boost of energy from the caffeine/guarana. The non-caffeinated version is great for focus and the pump, as is the caffeinated. The caffeine may hinder the pump to some extent as it's a vasoconstrictor, so if you're not looking for a very mild stim boost preworkout, I'd go with with the Non-caff. By the way, I happen to really enjoy the lemon tea flavor, but maybe that's just me.
