just wondering, how does caffeine affect your training?or bodybuilding in general?

It’s great, but I notice it affects me more then other people. I get fantastic pumps from it. I take it with Yohimbine. I remember the stuff that came from Redline; it was a drink that was called RTD. That was an awesome drink, but my body got immune to it I guess. I went to Lipo 6, and then on to stacker 3. Those supplements give me the most amazing pumps.

i know that caffeine makes the haert pump faster and harder....so that could be an explanation to the better pump.
And caffeine has also a diuretic effect on the body.
