Do you have prior experience with Monohydrate? If not, may I suggest looking into Creatine Ethyl Ester? It is just as, if not more effective as Mono, however it does not come with the hassle of Mono's loading phases and cramping, bloating, etc., I personally prefer it to Mono
You can by pass the loading phase with Monohydrate by doing 10 grms per day for a week. Take 5 grams 45-60 minutes prior to training and 5 grams right after training..with grape juice. Once you've done that, you can drop to 5 grams per day. You can either do 2.5 grams the same way, or 5 grams in one shot.
