Hows ur diet? diet should be in check b4 supplements. Many overlook the diet and wory too much about supps. It is only a supplement after all. When trying to bulk or gain mass, it will totally come down to caloric intake(high protein, relatively clean carbs for bulking) and not what supps you use. They play a small role in the big scheme of this game.

Knuckles is 100% correct!! You need to make sure your diet is good and clean. Supplements are just that"SUPPLEMENTS". Supllements are to be used in addition to a clean diet. What your not getting from clean food, you can "SUPPLEMENT" with supplements.

As far as supps go for me, I use MHP Probolic-SR and Creatine for right now. I try to get about 1.5 - 2 grams of protein per LEAN pound...so approx 225 grams minimum of protein per day. But, only about 100 grams comes from Protein Shakes.

god what a moron, 'powder, not fartty acids and all that junk from food' ??? what are you talking about. Its exactly what toosmall said and knuckles, what you eat, your diet, is like 75% of the equation. you can take all the 'supplements' you want and eat little what you consider 'food', not powders and have minimal gains if any. you may get a little stronger.

They are called supplements because you use them to supplement your diet. You can't replace real food with supplements. Protien supplements try to mimic real food and are useful but should be used only when you can't get enough real food. Like everyone else said, get your diet straight and save your money.
