Has anyone tried Methyl-D from Gaspari Nutrition? What gains did you get from it and how (bad) were the side effects if any. I have two bottles, and I am wondering if they are worthwhile.

I got nothing out of it. I believe I ran it at 9mg per day.

It was underdosed from many experiences. If what you have is legit it is a decent androgen. It is not a mass builder but if you have a very good diet and training you are likley to find some decent results.

Yeah, I bought a few bottles just before prohormones were taken off the market. I wish I had stocked up on M1T (Gaspari Nutrition) before it was yanked.

The M1t from Legal Gear and Gaspari was from the same batch. Rumor had it that it was contaminated with D-bol, which I believe. I had tried some from both companies and the results were much more dramatic then the Underground Labs and BB.com brands.
