I was looking for something to take after practices and games for recovery....I was looking at Xtend by SciVation or Storm by Universal. I know Xtend is BCAA and Storm is creatine, which one would be better for recovery? And would the creatine in storm make me retain any water?

Id go with xtend, and get some cheap pure monohydrate somewhere. BCAA's are great for endurance and recovery. If you don't eat a lot of meat, you may retain a bit of water on creatine.

The directions are always gonna say more, so you can go through it faster and buy it again.

During is probably the best time, any chance u could bring your own water bottle with it in there?
