Impossible to rate them both together. Overhyped just means a lot of marketing behind it but that doens't mean it doens't work. Such products as CEE and HMB are often marketed for more than they are worth but both have showed positive results, especiall CEE.

If its a product that is compelte hype and has zero scientific backing tehn I vote carb blockers. THe other you can actually a case for, even tohugh several are very weak cases.

Who voted for the CLA??It has a myriad of health benefits above and beyond BB'ing, but I digress. Pretty much as Admin said most of these products could have a case made for them in some aspect, but due to marketing their positive benefits would never measure up to their proported effects.
