A little background first.

I'm 31 and 5'8"(weight later tonight) and have had several runs of M1T, M-TRN+TST,Superdrol, and various other Methyl-stuff. I gain size pretty easily and fat just as easily. I recently had back surgery to remove about a dozen tumors and have spent the past 20 days recovering at home doing absolutely nothing but changing bandages and taking Antibiotics for an infection of the incisions.

Today is my first day back to work and just as I did before. I work out prior to my 12 hour shift. The first 3-4 days back will be nothing but light weight stretching and slow cardio to make sure everything is in place with my back. My split looks like the following. Note that abs are every training day. I have a relatively weak core and I only do 2 exercises x2 sets each.

I'm testing this new product Alpha Drive XL...It's supposed to increase Test and HTPA while decreasing Estrogen.

Diet

Diet will consist of approx. 3500 calories with a 40/40/20 macro split. I've been having problems with Gluten in bread lately so until I get my shipment i'm going to be eating a bit more oatmeal. At least 1 Gallon of water a day with it increasing to at least 1.5 gallons on leg day.

Day 1
Last night was the first night of restless sleep i've had in about a week. That's a good start. I woke up this morning with my wife at 5am and did some food prepping and started some laundry :)

Meal 1
2 servings of Rolled oats
1 Tbls of Natty Peanut Butter

Workout Notes:

I felt really good today and had a serious pump that forced me to change my routine up a bit. This was due to a 20 day lay off and serious consumption of water when I haven't been hardly drinking any. I laid back on the bench too fast a couple times and really felt the pain so I used the bars to slowly lower myself down and that worked out well.

Day 2

I went to sleep around 7am and woke up at 1130 because I have to turn in some paperwork clearing me for full duty. I feel pretty good actually for the lack of sleep. I have Back and Bis today and my chest is a bit sore and so are my tris...Good stuff :)

Pre-Sleep Supplements

Notes:

I feel sorta bloated...Well that's a lie. I feel really bloated but it's solely due to the diet since i've had to cut out whole wheat for now. Feeling good though and I look forward to the gym. If my back doesn't let me work then i'll switch to shoulders and traps

Workout Notes: I felt good until about halfway through because I forgot my water in the car and I was running late from my physical to get back to full duty for work. My Biceps really got a solid pump. I actually saw veins in my upper arms which I usually don't see. I had no prior plan for any workout this week. It's erractic because coming off of an injury i'm going off feel. My back workout felt good except for the fact the gym was packed and I couldn't do the exercises I wanted to do. When I did the crunches it felt like there was a piece of wood in my lower back.

Physical Notes: Blood pressure was a bit odd. My right arm showed a 155/88 and my left showed a 130/80 and my heart rate was 112...I had a good bit of coffee this morning due to the lack of sleep but not sure how much that would effect these things. I've had a lot of things on my mind lately too.

Alpha Drive XL™Notes: Second day and honestly I still think way too soon to even begin to associate anything with this product. But I don't feel sick, irritable, or have any digestive issues yet. A lot of products will give me those problems so this is still good news, at least for me.

Not nearly as much as I expected. Still no problems associated with theAlpha Drive XL™ . I still have a decent pump in my bis and upper lats and my lower back doesn't feel bad at all. I think i'm going to take tomorrow's leg workout lighter than i expected. I really don't feel like messing anything up since they had to cut through muscle tissue to dig out the deep lipomas.

I decided to move my rest day to today since i'm working all weekend and did not want to have my shoulder day too close to chest day. My back was also feeling funny so I decided not to risk any chance of reinjury.

Special Notes: I have had almost zero sex drive the past few months. Jblaze can attest to this since I have spoken to him several times about it. The last two days i have felt like a damn rabbit. My wife actually stayed downstairs last night until I went to sleep :) I have never taken a sexual related product like viagra but all I can say is my sex drive is back to 100% right now.

I'm getting good sleep and no cramping and awesome pumps in the gym. the only side i'm having that is a slight negative is the lower back pumps but that could be completely related to the recent surgery and my general weak core.

Workout Notes: I had to change my leg workout from my original plan due to a bad lower back pump. I didn't even attempt deadlifts in fear of ending up in the mergency room. I felt really pumped and could barely walk to the car without taking a break to stretch. I like those kinds of days when you can leave the gym feeling exhausted. i also saw a vein in my calf for the first time. I am really bloated though.

Day 6 Rest Day

Special Notes: I took this day off due to an infection setting back in one of the incisions from my surgery. It's not too bad but I decided not to aggrivate it much more.

Diet Notes: Today's diet sucked butt. For breakfast I broke down and had pop tarts. I also ate at a BBQ next door which consisted of a Hamburger, Jello Cake and homemade Icecream.
Water intake was still good and the rest of the day was on.

Alpha Drive XL Notes: I'm staying bloated and pumped throughout the day which I don't mind. Energy, strength and Sex drive are all good. So far this is having a positive effect on all the above.

Supplement Notes: Everything was taken on time. The only thing I omitted was the whey protein.

Day 9 Rest Day

**BioScience has asked me to change my dose from 1 pill x3 daily to 2pills x2 daily. Both with meals. this will Start Day 10**


Morning wakeup notes: I woke up this morning drenched in sweat and feeling sluggish but that is because I had a bad tooth ache lastnight and took a leftover Tylenol-3. I came close to use the saw in my Rambo survival knife. I would like to take this time to thank my wife for saving my head.

Day 11 Meals

Notes: I'm starting day shift now and it's been along time since i've seen day light. They're right though. that big fiery ball in the sky won't kill you...But 12 hours under it will make you want to die.

Live and learn and things not to do Notes: Since I knew I was starting a new shift I decided to take an Ambien and lay down. 1 hour later I wasn't sleeping so I decided to take a shot or two of tequilla. Now I drink maybe twice a year and drinking makes me sleep so I figured...

So the next day I woke up with my wife calling me a freak and pervert. She shows me a bruise on her elbow from me trying to carry her upstairs and dropped her. And I apparently was doing the American Psycho bicep flex as well. I also, I guess, asked her to add a third person to the mix and she said hell no. So I retorted with, "how about midgets". She said no and and asked why so I said maybe starting easy with adding half a person would make it easier for a threesome.

She said only if she could use a gerbil on me. I said as long as it was declawed and no flammable liquids were in the area.

Now I don't remember any of this and as time goes by she keeps adding new things I said and/or did. So Ambien and alcohol is a NONO!! I also opened up some of my incisions and bled a whole lot.


Anyways I figured I'd share my experience. I blame it all on JBlaze. His escapades has warped my ****in mind.
