some1 help me plzz....i bought creatine mass 10,000 ( health and fit ) and the direction written is 2 take 4 heaping spoons (227 g) daily...iam afraid...2nd i bough amino fuel 1000 ( twin lab ) is it good..and the best way 2 take those two supp. when i take them 2getha ....plz some1 help meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
I'd advise...just taking 5g's of creatine a day. The sup facts says 2 scoops 2x daily = 10g's creatine. 10g's to me is too much. SO with that stuff you got there....2 scoops just once a day, probly best POST workout. With those amino's take them with a meal.

10g's of creatine is nothing... in a loading p hase people often take 20- 40grams per day, just take it like it insturcts. most of the creatine you intake doesnt even reach your mucles
