Hey guys,

I just recently bought the Mass System because it appaears to be a very good way to gain some hardcore mass +strength. While i don't really care about strength, it's a nice addition. Has anyone tried this before? I would like some feedback before i start using it.

thnx

bodybuilders care about aesthetics...and while strength is an integral part of mass building, it is not the prioroty it is in say, powerlifting.

I don't really care about strength either, which is not to say I'm a wimp, but rather that I am most concerned with my looks. That's the sport man.

Haven't heard of it because its overpriced NO and amino acid products. You could buy much better products, with much lower prices that last for much longer.

This is beyond true bro, stop wasting your money on labels. Training and proper nutrition guarantee results and you can buy quality supps (much cheaper ones) to help you reach your goals. Just like in the gym, don't let your ego take control, who cares if you don't have "the hot new product" stick to the basics and you will be "the hot new product"

^^^Wut he said. Supplements are helpful when you got your training and nutrition right. When I started training years back, I remember I wanted the latest supplement outthere that advertised "muscle growth". Little did I know, it was all about nutrition. Even now, I am barely applying strict nutrition into my program, and I've seen a lot of improvement in just 6 weeks!

You are totally right...words of wisdom,

Train hard
Train Smart
Keep it basic, when it comes to supps, nutriton, and training

Strength is a huge part of bodybuilding. Obviously, we're not talking at the 1-3 rep range for the most part, but gaining strength at the 6-10 rep range is crucial, muscle CSA and strength are proportional.

I agree with Admin 100%, you could get the active ingredients by themselves for a fraction of the cost.
