which is the best suppliment to have to increase vascularity..NOS tabs or pottasium tabs?????

Increase vascularity by dropping fat and water that obscure the veins. If your'e on creatine it's hard to get alot of vascularity I find

lift a lot of wieghts and take some n/o explode!!! haha... from what i've seen some people get more vascular then others even if they've got very close figures... i would also like to know of all the ways to improve on it besides arginine and supplements with it. when i get the most vascular i need to be warm, working out or not.

ive started to go on the rowing machine aswell as hitting the weights..do you think that would help?

would hitting the wieght help? it'd break ur hand so unless thats what u want then no. but if you are refreing to lifting weights, then thats a great start to getting vascular. because as u know veins carry blood, and the more blood they carry the more they'll have to expand to keep the flow of blood happening.
more blood flow=more vascularity
